Terms of Use

Last updated 19 October 2026

Welcome to Fraglink. These terms are the deal between you and us when you use the Fraglink app, the website at playfraglink.com, or a Fraglink account. We've kept them short and plain. By creating an account you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. If you use the app without an account, these terms still apply. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Who we are

Fraglink is operated by Lucrona, an individual based in Melbourne, Australia. When these terms say "we" or "us", that's who they mean. You can reach us at support@playfraglink.com.

Who can use Fraglink

  • You need to be at least 13, wherever you live (including the EU and UK). When you sign up, you give your date of birth. We don't check ID, so please give your real one.
  • If you're under 13, sign-up is refused and no account is created.
  • If you're 13–17, your account is marked as a minor account and your profile starts private. You can make it public yourself in your privacy settings, after a short confirmation. Once it's public, it works like any other public profile: it can appear in lists on the home page, on leaderboards and in search. You can switch back to private at any time. When you turn 18, your account automatically becomes a normal account and keeps whatever setting you had, so a private profile stays private until you choose to make it public.
  • You can't change your date of birth yourself after sign-up. If it's wrong, email support@playfraglink.com and we'll fix it.
  • Accounts made before we asked for a date of birth are asked to add one. If it shows the person is under 13, the account is locked and an admin reviews and closes it. If we learn in any other way that someone is under 13, we lock the account straight away, and an admin closes it after a review. Parents can email us to have their child's account closed.
  • One account per person. Keep your password and two-step codes to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else got in.

The service

  • Fraglink is a free game tracker, and it's in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may reset test data. If a reset affects your data, we'll tell you first where we reasonably can.
  • We'll do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that your hours will always be recorded perfectly (for example, nothing is counted while you're offline).
  • Fraglink is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other rights the law says can't be taken away. Apart from those, we don't give extra promises or warranties.
  • To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that aren't caused by us breaking these terms or the law, and we're not responsible for things outside our reasonable control.
  • We may stop Fraglink altogether. If we do, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and keep a way to download your data during that time.

Playing fair

Fraglink only works if the hours are real and people feel safe. So please don't:

  • Cheat the hours: fake play time (for example by running a program that pretends to be a game), or add imported hours that aren't true.
  • Spoof or tamper: change, imitate or interfere with the Fraglink app, its connection to our server, or the data it sends, including imported game counters such as World of Warcraft /played data.
  • Scrape or overload: collect data from Fraglink with bots or scripts, get around rate limits, or try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the service.
  • Abuse people: harass, bully, threaten or spam anyone, including with friend requests.
  • Impersonate: pretend to be someone else, another player, or Fraglink staff.
  • Post harmful content in your username, nickname, profile picture, bio or any other part of your profile. That includes anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or threatening, personal information about other people, and anything that sexualises children (which we report to the authorities).
  • If we learn of a threat to someone's life or safety, we'll tell the police.

Hours count while a game is running, just like other trackers, so you don't need to worry about stepping away for a bit.

What we can do if something's wrong

To keep Fraglink fair and safe, we may:

  • Review and reset hours that look suspicious or impossible, including removing individual sessions or imported hours.
  • Remove or change content that breaks these terms, like a profile picture, bio or nickname, and rename a username that breaks them.
  • Suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, or that we need to act on to protect other players or comply with the law.

A person reviews every report. The only automatic check is a block list that stops a removed profile picture being uploaded again.

We'll act in proportion to what happened. We'll always tell you what we did, why, and how to ask us to look again, unless that would put someone at risk or the law doesn't allow it. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we'll take another look.

Reporting a problem

  • You can report a profile or a profile picture on the website, or email support@playfraglink.com about anything that breaks these terms.
  • Anyone can report illegal content, even without an account: email support@playfraglink.com with a link to the profile or picture and why you think it's illegal.
  • Intimate images: if someone has used an intimate image of you without your consent, email support@playfraglink.com with "Intimate image" in the subject, a link to it, and confirmation that it's you and you didn't consent. We remove valid requests within 48 hours.
  • A person reviews every report, as quickly as we can.
  • support@playfraglink.com is also our contact point for authorities and regulators, including under the EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act. We work in English.
  • If Australia's eSafety Commissioner contacts us about harmful content, we act on it quickly.

Your content

"Your content" means what you add to Fraglink: your nickname, profile picture, bio and other profile details, and any notes you add to imported hours.

  • It stays yours.
  • You give us permission to store it, copy it and show it on Fraglink only (in the app, on the website, and in the signature image and profile card you choose to share), in line with your privacy settings. We don't sell it or use it for ads.
  • This permission ends when you remove the content or delete your account, apart from copies in backups for a short time (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Only add content you have the right to use.

Linked accounts

You can link Battle.net, Discord and Steam accounts. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which also apply when you use them. Fraglink isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard, Discord, Valve or any other platform, and we're not responsible for their services. You can unlink at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what we store from each.

Games and trademarks

Game names, icons, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them in Fraglink doesn't mean those owners are linked to or endorse Fraglink. Fraglink isn't affiliated with any game publisher or platform.

The Fraglink name, logo and app are ours. Please don't copy or reuse them in a way that suggests you're us.

Emails

  • We only send account and security emails: confirming your email, password resets and new sign-in alerts. They come from no-reply@playfraglink.com and are part of running your account.
  • We don't send newsletters or promotional emails. If we ever add them, they'll be opt-in only, with an unsubscribe link in each one.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. You're signed out everywhere straight away, and the account is deleted for good after 7 days. Signing in again within that time cancels the deletion. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

We may also close an account under "What we can do if something's wrong" above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Fraglink grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app and on the website before they take effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using Fraglink and delete your account. We won't make changes that take away your rights under the law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria (and courts that can hear appeals from them) can hear disputes about them. If you live somewhere else, you still keep any consumer rights the law where you live gives you. Before going to court, please email us first so we can try to sort it out.
